Terms & Conditions UK – Wish Factory

1. Organiser

This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by UK Print.com Ltd (hereinafter: “Organiser”), Suite Ee, The Classrooms, 13 Stanley Square, Manchester M33 7WZ.

  1. Purpose of the Promotion

The Promotion encourages customers and partners to nominate local charities/initiatives. Selected charities will receive printing support in the form of a print credit.

  1. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from December 18, 2025 to February 14, 2026. Entries outside this period will not be counted.

  1. Participation (who can nominate)

Participants must be 18+ and reside/work in the UK.

One nomination per person/email address during the Promotion Period.

Employees of the Organiser are excluded from participation.

  1. Eligible Charities

The nominated charity must be a registered charity/social initiative in the UK, with verifiable registration.

Exclusions: political parties/lobby groups; individual crowdfunding; organisations without a public purpose or in violation of law/order/brand standards.

  1. Nomination Process

Nomination via print.com/en/wishfactory with:

(i) name & email address of the entrant, (ii) name of the cause, (iii) website/social media, (iv) city/postal code, (v) a brief motivation and intended print application. Incomplete/incorrectly completed entries may be excluded. The Organiser may request additional verification.

  1. Selection procedure (not a lottery)

Nominations are periodically assessed by regional teams based on, among other things, impact, local relevance, feasibility/safety, brand fit, and clear print needs (“Criteria”).

This is not a lottery; decisions are based on substantive assessment.

The number of awards per region/period is limited to one. Decisions are binding.

  1. Award and prize

Selected charities will receive £500 in Print.com print credit to spend with the Organiser.

No cash alternative, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

Validity: until 31-12-2026.

Payment: The credit will be given to the entrant to symbolically hand over to the charity; activation will take place after verification by the Organiser.

The Organiser may revoke/suspend the award if verification is unsuccessful or the Criteria are no longer met.

  1. Verification (Due Diligence)

The Organiser may verify the identity of entrants and the registration/method of the causes. Incorrect/misleading information may result in exclusion.

  1. Publicity and Content Rights

With separate permission, the Organiser may use the name/logo of the selected cause and a short description of the print application in communications (website, social media, press). The entrant guarantees that the material submitted is royalty-free/licensed.

  1. Privacy (GDPR)

Controller: Print.com bv. Purposes: administration of the Campaign, selection/communication, reporting of results.

Legal Basis: Legitimate interest for implementation/assessment; separate opt-in for marketing.

Retention Period: 1 year; after which deletion/anonymisation in accordance with policy.

Rights: access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection. Contact/DPO: hello@print.com.

Security and anti-bot measures (reCAPTCHA/turnstile) may be implemented.

  1. Fair Play & Abuse

Prohibited: Automated entries, bots, mass votes, disposable emails, manipulation. The Organiser may refuse entries if there is suspicion of abuse/fraud or violation of these terms and conditions.

  1. Liability & Force Majeure

The Organiser is not liable for disruptions/interruptions/postal problems beyond its control. In the event of force majeure or for justified reasons, the Promotion may be modified/interrupted/terminated; changes will be communicated reasonably.

  1. Tax & Receipt

Tax treatment depends on the selected cause. Where applicable, the cause may issue a receipt.

  1. Applicable Law & Language

Dutch law applies; competent court: the Netherlands. In multilingual versions, the Dutch text prevails.
