We work together with the delivery services DHL, PostNL, DPD, UPS and our own courier service. You choose your preferred delivery person during the checkout of your order. Our crew is happy to advise you on the option that suits you best.
Absolutely! Saturday delivery does depend on the delivery service you choose. During the check-out of your order, you can immediately see the options.
For the vast majority of products, we can ensure the delivery as soon as we can. If you select your delivery service during check-out, you will immediately see the delivery time. Don’t want to leave anything to chance? Then choose our own courier service, possibly in combination with our Premium care service.
After you place an order, you will first receive a confirmation email. You can see the current status of your order in your order list. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email with a reference to an (unbranded) track & trace page. You can easily share this with your colleagues or clients.
The amount of the delivery charge depends on the delivery service you choose. Unlike some others, we don’t do free delivery. Free delivery does not exist: it always has to be charged somewhere. To be completely transparent, we show the production costs and the delivery costs separate. So you know exactly what you are paying for.
The sticker shows the contents of the parcel and, if you want, your logo. Handy when you have the package sent directly to your customer.
Would you like to collect your order fresh off the press yourself? That is possible at our partner production locations in Kampen and Oss. Please contact our crew before shipping.
In some cases, we can ship your orders together. For example, if they are the same products, made at the exact location. If combined shipping is possible, you will see this automatically during the checkout of your order. You will also immediately see how much you save.
