Have any questions? Email us at hello@print.com.

2. Period and format of the competition

  • The Contest is part of our Creativity ON campaign. During this campaign, we can organise multiple creative challenges under these conditions.
  • The first contest runs from January 5, 2026, 00:00 (CET) to January 11, 2026, 23:59 (CET).
  • The exact submission and voting periods for each challenge are listed on the campaign landing page and/or in our emails and social posts.

3. Who can participate?

You can participate if you:

  • are 18 years of age or older; and
  • Have a legal residence in the UK or ROI.

You cannot participate if you:

  • You work at Print.com or one of our group companies.

We may ask you to provide proof of age and residence. If you fail to do so, we may declare your entry invalid.

4. How to participate

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • To participate you must:
    1. Create a print-ready design that matches the specific briefing and technical specifications on the landing page; and
    2. Submit your design via the official route stated there (e.g. an upload form), within the specified submission period.

Important rules:

  • One (1) entry per person per Contest.
  • Multiple entries, entries from different accounts, or automated entries are not permitted and may result in disqualification.
  • Submissions received after the deadline or that do not meet the technical requirements will not be considered.

5. What is and isn’t allowed in your design

Your design must:

  • Be completely your own, original work;
  • Be print-ready according to our technical specifications (e.g. size, resolution, bleed);
  • Match the creative briefing and these promotion terms and conditions.

Your design may not:

  • Infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, logos, characters or other rights of third parties;
  • Be offensive, discriminatory, hateful, obscene or otherwise inappropriate;
  • Promote illegal activities or incite bullying/hatred.

We may remove or disqualify entries that we determine do not comply with these rules or are unsuitable for publication.

6. Internal selection & voting on Instagram

After the submission period ends:

  1. Our internal jury will review all valid entries.
  2. We will select a maximum of four (4) designs per contest based on, among other things:
    • Print quality and suitability,
    • Creativity and originality,
    • Following the briefing,
    • Compliance with these promotion terms and conditions.
  3. The selected designs will be posted on Print.com’s Instagram page (or another pre-announced channel) for public voting.

How the winner is chosen:

  • During the voting period, people can “Like” their favorite design in the designated Instagram post.
  • The design with the highest number of valid Likes at the end of the voting period wins that contest.
  • In the event of a tie, all designs with an equal number of valid votes will be declared the winner and each winner will receive the prize.

To keep voting fair, we may ignore or remove votes that seem suspicious, for example:

  • The buying or exchanging of votes.
  • Use of bots or automated scripts;
  • Use of fake or “farm” accounts;

7. The price

For each winning entry the prize consists of:

  • Week 1: Ten (10) hoodies from the brand Stanley/Stella, model ‘Slammer’,
  • Week 2: Twelve (12) enamel mugs.
  • Each printed with the winning design; and
  • Delivered to a UK or ROI address in consultation with the winner.

There are:

  • No consolation prizes; and
  • No additional prices above what is stated here and on the landing page.

The price:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or other products;
  • Is not transferable; and
  • May be substituted with a similar prize of equal or greater value if the original prize cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control.

Any taxes or charges arising from receipt of the prize, where applicable, will be the responsibility of the winner.

  • We do this through our channels (e.g. social media, the landing page) and we can also contact the winners directly (e.g. by email).

We use the contact details you provided when participating.

If we cannot contact a winner within 7 days, or if a winner does not provide the required information (such as sizes or delivery address), we may forfeit the prize. In that case, we are not obligated to select a new winner.
