Three types of napkin printing at Print.com

A printed napkin is a perfect item to highlight your brand, personalise an experience or convey a message. In our ordering app, you will find three different types of napkins to print:

• Cellulose 2-ply napkins
• Airlaid napkins
• Bamboo napkins

All our napkins for printing are made of soft absorbent material and fold with a 1/4 fold or 1/8 fold. The size of the napkin is always the unfolded size. The folding method determines the final size. The print is always placed on the front of the folded napkin.

Printing cellulose 2-ply napkins

2-ply cellulose napkins are highly absorbent and soft paper napkins. The embossing along the edge joins the 2 layers of cellulose together. These napkins are suitable for single use.

Available in:

• 24 x 24 cm
• 33 x 33 cm
• 40 x 40 cm

Choose white or black napkins to print 1/0 PMS or 2/0. The black napkins can only be printed with gold (PMS 871C) or silver (PMS 877C). Order from 10,000 pieces up to 100,000 pieces.

Printing airlaid napkins

Airlaid napkins are available in 20 x 20 cm and 40 x 40 cm. Airlaid is a material that is highly absorbent but is also skin-friendly and soft to the touch thanks to the production process in which the cellulose layers are bonded together using compressed air. What makes Airlaid material so suitable for napkins is that they are resistant to tearing, even when wet. Airlaid napkins are similar to cotton, making them a good substitute for cloth napkins. Print white or black Airlad napkins 1/0 PMS or 2/0 PMS.

Airlaid napkins are also available as Airlaid cutlery napkins with a sleeve. These white napkins are supplied with a 120 g/m2 band of hv offset material. The sleeve can be printed in 4/0 full colour and can be ordered from 5,000 pieces.

Printing bamboo napkins

Our bamboo napkins are made of fully biodegradable and compostable bamboo fibres. These napkins have a luxurious appearance, are soft to the touch and also have good absorbency.

The size of these napkins is 48 x 48 cm and foldable in a 1/4 fold or 1/8 fold. Print the napkins 1/0 PMS or 2/0 PMS.
