Customised roll-up banners

Whether you go for a single-sided or double-sided printed roll-up banner, in our ordering app you will find them made of five different materials with nine matching cassettes. They are available to order from one piece in different sizes.

Various cassettes and matching sizes

For our standard roll-up banners, you can choose from nine different cassettes as holders. All these cassettes have their own matching canvas size. The nine cassettes and sizes are:

• Basic (85 x 200 cm, 100 x 200 cm, 120 x 200 cm and 150 x 200 cm)
• Premium (85 x 200 cm, 100 x 200 cm en 120 x 200 cm)

The budget, basic, premium, luxury, basic black and XXL cassettes are suitable for a canvas with 4/0 full-colour print. Would you like a 4/4 full-colour print? Then choose one of our double cassettes. Each roll-up banner comes with a matching bag. Handy when you need to transport the banner.

Discover the perfect match: five high-quality materials for your standard roll-up banner

In our ordering app for creative professionals, you will find five different materials for your roll-up banner:

• 510 g/m2 Frontlit banner
• 260 g/m2 Airtex® Free
• 350 g/m2 Airtex®
• 480 g/m2 Prime blockout banner
• 325 g/m2 Ferrari Decolit

Frontlit banner is a weather-resistant material that has an expected lifespan of one year. This material is often used outdoors and thus goes perfectly with the Double Outdoor cassette.

Airtex® Free and Airtex® have many similarities. The main difference is that Airtex® Free is PVC-, plasticiser- and phthalate-free and has an acrylic coating. Regular Airtex® has a PVC coating. The acrylic and PVC coating of this polyester fabric offers protection against scratches, creases and tears. The fabric is also water-repellent. The grey backing prevents the material from showing through. Thanks to its matt finish, the fabric offers excellent illumination without glare.

Prime block-out banners and Ferrari Decolit are luxury materials that use a special technology that ensures the sides do not curl up. The material is 100% recyclable. The difference between the two materials is that the Prime Blockout Banner has a grey core with a white backing that ensures the material does not show through and the Ferrari Decolit has a black backing which ensures the banner does not show through.

Small but powerful: mini roll-up banners for maximum visibility

Are you looking for a mini roll-up banner as a table or counter display? At Print.com you will find one made of 170 g/m2 Synaps® material in two different sizes for printing 4/0 full colour.

Synaps® is a material that contains no paper fibres but is made entirely of polyester. Thanks to its water- and tear-resistant properties, Synaps is suitable for all kinds of weather conditions. Choose from A4 or A3 sizes and order from as little as one piece.

100% recyclable: cardboard roll-up banners

In our ordering app for creative professionals, you will also find cardboard roll-up banners. The cassette of these banners is fully recyclable and easy to assemble. You can choose to order the cardboard cassette and the print or just the print.

The cassette is made of 100% cardboard and is suitable for a canvas with a width of 80 cm. The cassette itself is 97 cm wide, 24 cm deep and 10 cm high and weighs 2.2 kg.

Want to go for just the print? With a loose print, you can easily change the expression of the cardboard roll-up banner. The new print is provided with double-sided tape on the top and bottom. After pulling off the old print, the new print can be stuck to the corner profile and tube. The banner is made of 200 g/m2 silk mc. This material has a silk-matt surface which ensures good text reproduction and a soft feel.
